I use Firefox and Thunderbird in linux and want to add a shortcut to the taskbar at the top of my screen.
The thing is I dont have the relevant icons in the list of icons and when I browse for the icons I cant find them. I dont know where to look. If it was windows id just go to programs files, but linux being linux it isnt that simple.
Where might I find the Firefox and Thunderbird icons?
Im losing patience! WPA2 ive given up on (the step by step instructions wreck my os and requires a reinstall) , Networking with windows is a confusing ordeal, finding icons, bittorrent wont work, firefox insists on opening a second instance when I click on a link, my webserver always tells me im entering the wrong password!, my sound card works intermittently, when I click on terminal it crashes X, my phone wont be recognised so I cant download pictures, upload music or install software. Its no quicker than windows 2000 and it certainly crashes more often! even when I pull the speaker jack from the soundcard! Linux blows better than windows!
