im having an issue with my internet.(my internet is cable modem)
is kind of hard to explain
i have a certain amount of time the internet working and after awhile it doesn’t work.
if i unplug the modem from the eletricity and plug it back again it finds the internet again but it will work for a certain amount of time
and i have to repeat process to get my internet connection again
i believe the issue has to do with my router
i tried calling comcast my internet company
and they said i should tried disconecting modem first
and see if i still had the same problem so i did what they said.
and the problem of the internet seems to be on the router
because the internet worked fine i was able to play online alot of time even browse the internet with no problems when i had only the modem connected to my computer
so i connected back my router and im having problems i dont know if this has to do with problems of configuration of the router or if my modem could be defective after so much use or if my cable is messed up i really have no idea what it could be
