Is this a right choice for the Windows 7 hardware?

I want to make a PC with configuration

  1. Intel i3 2100 processor
  2. Intel H55TC Box Motherboard
  3. 2 TB Hard Disk
  4. 4 GB RAM.

But I am confused about the Graphics Card, I don’t want to buy that, because they will add more cost to my PC. I have limited budget.

Can someone tell me whether Graphics Card is necessary for me or not?

I don’t play Games, but I do video editing and use heavy software like Photoshop etc.

The motherboard has on-board Graphics, but I would still advise you to get a cheap graphics card.
