Will the ASUS P5GC-MX motherboard fully support a Zotac 9800GT graphics card?

yeah the graphics card is pci-e and the motherboard has a pci-e slot should work without a problem.

but will there be any issues since the card is of GDDR3 memory type? Im currently using a DDR3 card..

Any major difference?

No as long as it’s PCI-Express x16 compitable which it is, your all good to go.
