i have got an AX800XT/PE from asus, in 3dmark 01 se i get a score of 20113.
is that good?
when every setting in gta sa is on the max it can get, i get an avarage of 40 fps, is that ok?]
and i got 53,311
with the 9600np on stock settings i got 21,000 and on max oc settings i got 29,000
and on ut2k4 on totally max settings it was maxing out at 85fps
is my processor holding it back?
Your scores look ok to me, although getting an A64 3400 or higher would benefit gaming.
40fps in gta sa :OOOOOO, i want to ovlerclock thsi card, memory is at 560mhz (1.somthing ghz) and core is at 520mhz, i understand that apparently max for for memory is 600mhz, so what would you reccomend i overclock core and memory to?
on stock clock and stuff temperature of core is @ 45 degrees.
The temps are very good, video cards run hotter than procs, my 6800 OC’ed was about 70*. You should be getting alot higher fps in GTA and UT. I wouldn’t expect any less than 60 in GTA SA and UT 2k4 should be well over 100. I wouldn’t think your proc would hold you back that much but I guess it’s the case. I maxed GTA SA with my 512Mb’s of ram 1.8GHz proc and 6800 and must have had at least 40fps myself.
it cant be the case :s, i have a fan blowing nice cool air at the graphics card, actually no there is 3.
i have only tested gta with the standard drivers, i will try with the omega ones.
are the omega drivers any good for these sort of cards?
