my problem is :
i turn on my computer, single beep no problem
computer passes the POST screen, it has no problem
but when attempt to boot windows system resets itself
is this a indication of PSU faulty or CPU what else?

it shouldn’t be any parts, i believe there is some problem in the Bios, which actually could relate to the motherboard, the priorities might be set wrong,
what bios do you have?
or… the Os could be corrupted somehow, but its not really likely
it has a Award Modular BIOS.
i missed a word: first :when i attampt to boot with system disk it says “I/O error press any key to continue” i think it is a read/write error if i right.
Second : BIOS recognize the CD-RW drive but not boot with a bootable CD
