i want to know if ram for a desktop pc is the same for a laptop??? and if they are different can anyone give me any websites that sell them in the uk???
RAM for laptops use a smaller type called SODIMM. Normally desktops use DIMM which are about 10cm-ish. SODIMMs are half te size. Any online store should sell them.
