LP to CD advice please.

Happy New Year to All! :slight_smile:

I am not sure which forum to use for my query so hope this is the
right one.

Using Nero and “ADS Instant Music” to transfer an old LP to CD which
transfers ok but it saves all as one track and I am trying to save tracks separately.

I have tried all the gizmos I can see but am a newbie at this so hoping
somebody can advise- with simple instructions please :confused:

You can do two things:
[ol]
[li]Copy one track at a time, i.e. start playing the first track and when it is done, stop. Save the capture as Track1. Continue to do so for the rest of the tracks…
[/li][li]Copy the whole LP and then use MP3Cutter to chop (edit) the long capture into relevant tracks.

I have done it now (Yipee) copying one track at a time.
