So, I pulled out their final CD, Electric Honey, and was listening to it on the way home this morning. It’s pop/rock, but one of the few bands that’s actually talented. It sucked that the band broke up a few years ago, but I forgot how good Electric Honey is. It’s a 3 (their keyboardist quit before they did Electric Honey) woman group, but they play their own instraments, and their drummer has worked with the Beastie Boys, who were the guys that helped them out in several ways, including getting signed.
I’d really like to see some stuff from their frontwoman, Jill Cunnif, as they split up to work on individual projects.
