I know this woudl be alota work for someone, so its only a sugegstion.
Why not give the option of a custom mood? ie you select other in the lists of mood and a text box appears/is enabled to allow you to enter one.
It would stop people asking for new ones

anyway, Why not allow the option of a custom mood if you have more than 50 posts, like it is to access the ‘buy / sell / trade’ forum & apply the word filters that affect my (:P) language
