Any oppinions appreciated. I’m building a pc and have decided to go down the AMD route. Now I have narrowed it down to a choice between two motherboard and CPU combos.

Basically I want to know which set up would be best as the price difference is small enough not to matter. I’m on a pretty tight budget.
