I ran 3DMark2001 SE and Aquamark3 to see how my card’s performing.

The system I ran it on is:
Windows XP
Intel P4 1.7Ghz
512mb SDRAM (PC133)
Radeon 9600np 128mb

for 3DMark2001 SE i got:
~6100 marks on 1024x728 32bit color, D3D, no AA

For Aquamark3 i got:
~16,700 marks on 1024x728 32 bit color, no AA, 4x aniso

are these scores about right for my kind of system?

Probably, as you’ve got an original P4 which had performance issues, and you’re using SDRAM which is choking the P4 as well.
