Intel will produce more of it’s SandyBridge processors. Thus, my advice would be to to buy the i5-2500K and later upgrade to whatever Intel produces, saving you a 100 bucks. Also the i5 is more than sufficient for any games now being produced now.
Have you considered nVidia’s 5xx series? They have integrated Physx and most games are now being optimised for nVidia’s cards.
Also nVidia has a stereoscopic 3D kit availble which can be used with any 120Hz screen and nVidia graphic card.
Also, right now, the 500 series seems to meet and beat the 69xx’s on performance, but is way cooler and much more quiet. Mostly because of their new vapor chamber cooling thingy. And like he siad, a lot of games are supporting Physx. One last thing, the new 500’s seem to all have 3 DVI’s, including 1 mini HDMI, which means triple monitor display with one card xD.
