Need serious help.

I installed new nvidia drivers and restarted my computer. I dont get to the desktop. I get a box that floats around my screen saying "not optimum mode, recommended size then says a resolution. Tried resetting CMOS and that didnt work. Please help because this would be the 3rd computer that has to get repaired if i dont fix it before my dad gets home.:swear:

It’s not a bug. What the new drivers are doing are allowing you to set an optimal resolution based on the monitor in use. Just Hit yes/OK when the box pops up.

It doesnt give me a Yes or no option, it just has a box floating around saying not optimum mode almost looks like a screen saver.

Can you not just rollback the driver?

I can’t get to the logon screen which means i cant get to the desktop. :frowning:

safe mode?

Nope, tried that and the same thing happens at the same time.:x:
