btw,i saw that my old gt 420 almost touches my RAM
you need 244 milimeters from the back of the case in a straight line with your current card. it looks to me like it will fit. though it may make it hard to access your sata ports on your motherboard. there is a possibility your HD cage would need to be modified also to make it shorter. but from the picture it looks like its not in the way.
