New Build... Please advise

Hi,

Could somebody please tell me which board would be the best to get out of these two?

  1. Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3 - Intel P43/ICH10 - S775 - DDR2 1200 (O.C.)/1066/800/667MHz - SATA : GIG-EP43S3

  2. Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L, iP43 Express, S 775, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), DDR2 1600/ 1200/1066/800, : GIG-P43S3L

and also could someone please tell me if you think this setup would be powerful enough to play most new games like Call Of Duty (the new one).
