i recently got a new samsung lcd tv and tried to hook my pc up to it via hdmi. but the sceen on both the tv and the monitor would flick on and off and then crash the computer. after a few times, i rebooted it and it wouldn’t even POST. no beep or anything! there is power and the drives still spin but that’s it. the guy at my local computer shop said it is most likely the mobo had blown. is it possible that this could be the case? i took the graphics card out and tried to use the onboard graphics but still no joy, whitch is why i think it could be the mobo.
