New media rig advice

It’s about that time for me to start putting together another rig. About two years since last build.

Here’s what I got so far. Any input is gladly appreciated. This is being hooked up to my 46" Samsung and will be mostly used for gaming and as a DVR. I am hoping to be able to play some games and watch or record TV at the same time. I have no clue what kind of TV tuner to get but it must be able to record in HD. The resolution is pretty high so I am considering Crossfire down the line.

I am at about 1.6k now. 2k is my limit but I prefer to keep the price around 1.5k.
Any thoughts?

I revised the tuner card to the latest Hauppage I could find. This probably isn’t the forum to ask about tuner cards or builds for media rigs so what do you guys think about the rest of the PC? I will be doing some pretty intensive gaming too. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything with my build. Any advice would be nice too.
