Not sure which section to post this in…!
I bought some parts for my new computer on newegg.com last week and I get an e-mail saying that my shipping address isn’t verified with my credit card. I call my credit card and my shipping/billing address and phone number is verified with them. I have been trying to call newegg.com and it is constantly busy, how can an huge company like this have a busy signal. So I tried e-mailing them for the past 3 days and I have not received one response. I have heard such great things about newegg, but this has been some terrible customer support on their part and I was curious if others have ran into this or is this just a fluke?
