no num lock ?

look guys, this is totally weird, but my download rate is usually about 50kb/s, however, if i turn off the numbers lock my download rate goes up to 60 - 80kb/s[ot]now i know that this is not possible, but i’m DLing @ 64.7 now[/ot]BTW: can anyone explain this ?[ot]try turning the num lock off & see if your DL rate goes up[/ot]

Edit: Update: 74.8[ot]i’m using Feisty Fawn[/ot]

maybe that’s OS-dependent? :stuck_out_tongue:

Edit: i know this may not be posted in the correct area but this is too weird to place it anywhere

The numlock thing really does sound crazy, have you tried using speedtest.net both with and without numlock?
