Im a newbie here so please keep it simple for my sake 
ok… i have an hp pavilion a630n and i went to the the site that allowed me to install original sound drivers
after doing so, i checked control panel (sounds and audio devices) and it STILL says “no audio device”
Im sure that my hardware is connected… I don’t know what else to do
plzz help asap

Do you have onboard sound,or do you have a sound card ? What is the cards
model and make ?

Go to Device Manager (Right Click MyComputer > Manage > DeviceManager) and see if there is a yellow traingle with exclamatery sign with the Audio devices… If yes then right click on it and uninstall it… Install those downloaded drivers then..n c if that works.
