No sound

Hi everyone,

I need help! I have just recently bought an ATI Sapphire Radeon 9200 Graphics card, I installed it yesturday but have now lost all sound!?!

Does anyone know why this could be?

Try re-installing DirectX 9.0c and your sound card drivers to see if that solves the problem :slight_smile:

If your usin a pci graphics card try changing it to a different pci slot on the mobo this might work, hope this helps Dave :cool:

Found out what the problem was though :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :ohah: :confused: …

I had pluged the power lead in but not the other:O :open_mouth: .

It wasn’t untill I took my tower apart again just to make sure that I hadn’t knocked anything and that my sound card was ok, that I was putting it back together and noticed not all my leads hadn’t been in :open_mouth: .

I feel like such a twat!:open_mouth:
