Recently, i have been getting random blue screens and after the blue screen, it will say “Operating System Not Found”. However after i hard shut it and turn back on, everything is normal again.
Run them both and let them clean out all the junk your system has. Once they’re finished, click start > run > type in “msconfig”.
Once the msconfig window has popped up go to the “startup” tab.
Once in the startup tab, uncheck ALL and i mean ALL the programs you don’t need.
All you SHOULD need are protection programs (anti-virus, firewall…), and drivers (for your mouse, keyboard, graphics card…). Uncheck anything else like Itunes, Skype, Messenger…
After following all these steps, your OS should function properly and more efficiently.
first of all blue screen error may be due to faulty ram. change and then check..
secondly go to start>run type %temp% click ok . it will show temp directory of current user . delete all files from here. then restart computer. it will solve your problem
