i bought this laptop around year ago but have had a lot of problems with it…the latest problem has stopped me using it altogether…it now doesnt allow me to enter the password at bootup because i think the keyboard is stuck or faulty but it could be something else…any suggestions…thanks..
Can you try a different keyboard with it? Please specify clearly what problems you’re having and any error messages you get.

dont think i can try another keyboard on it (maybe a usb)…there are no messages being displayed cos im not even getting past password stage…laptop was working fine (not been dropped or anything spilt on it) then just stopped working…
