my old pc was working fine, I wanted to replace a cd-rom cause the old one was malfunctioning, nothing major, now it won’t boot up for some reason. I set everything back the way it was and still nothing.
the pc does turn on, however the display gets no video and I hear no beep. I tried taking out my ram and I heard it beeping to complain so that’s good.
