Pci express 2.0/2.1???

Does it really matter i mean is 2.1 backwards compatible with 2.0 only excepting mobo? I only know that my mobo has PCI EXPRESS x16, and i know that gpu i want to buy (3D CLUB HD 5870) is 2.1

Yes, all PCI-E slots are backwards compatible. So if you install a PCI-E 2.1 card in a PCI-E 2.0 slot this will not cause any bottleneck. You will use the slot to its full potential.
