phone and memory card

Hi all,

Just got my new phone. a nokia 9500 communicator! very flash and cool…

can’t find which memory card I need, the handbook says MMC, but everyone else says RS MMC (reduced size) anyone have any ideas?

hmm have you had a look at the memory card socket in the phone? maybe that will give you a clue, if the handbook says MMC then I’d go with that, although some RS-MMC cards come with an adapter to make them full-sized so you can use them in an MMC slot…

do you know the differance between the RS and normal MMC?

if it is the length then it is not a problem, but if the width is different then it will not fit in the slot.

The width is exactly the same, the length is different

that’s the RS MMC cards, I have the 128MB version, with that silver metal part attached they are exactly the same sie as a normal MMC
