My other computer is a Sony Vaio Computer. When I tried to use the keyboard and mouse they didnt work. They used to work fine when I first got it. Now im always stuck in the log in screen when the computer starts! I cant do anything. I changed the batteries 4 times. plz help.

The base for the keyboard/mouse plugs into the back of your computer tower, usually into the green and purple ports, or into a USB port. It should be fairly small, have indicator lights (some don’t) and have a ‘connect’ button.
Once you’ve located your base, press the connect button on it, then press the connect button on the bottom of your keyboard. Then do the same thing again, press the connect button on the base, then press it on your mouse. See if it works.

yes, I pressed the connect button on the keyboard.. only the standby button worked.. not any numbers or letters.
Did you ever spill anything, or thought someone spilled any liquid of sorts on the keyboard? Did you change the batteries to known good ones?

The keyboard should accomodate either 2 OR 4 batteries

Ok..just make sure the positives and the negatives are lined up.

Try using in a different Computer. If it works that will make you sure that your Keybord is fine.
