powers on but nothing

Hi

i just got a new case and i moved pc inot the new case. after connecting everything i turned the pc on and it powers up but nothing comes on screen.

my fans work, cpu fan works. dvd driver dosent eject and my other usb devices dont even light up.

i checked the cable connections, double checked the video card, but its still the same. im stuck here please help.

Did you put all the standoffs in the right places?

Double check your wiring, check hard drive LED/power SW and reset …

is the cpu power cable hooked up?
