Processor voltage changing all the time in CPU-Z, normal?

Is this normal? My AMD 1.1 ghz processors voltage reading in cpu-z is varying every second from 1.3 to 1.6 volts. Should´nt this be constant all the time? Recently i had a power failure and overclocking to 2.0 ghz stopped working. The memory also doesn´t work at 200mhz where it is supposed to,now it is in 100 mhz. Could the power supply be damaged? Please help.

You’ve listed everything BUT the power supply!

Whats the make and model?

It’s normal. There will be slight fluctuations in power, and so long as you’re not seeing something like 1.0V constantly, you should be fine.

Power is a Seventeam about 250-300w, cannot remember. And the infoplate is missing..About 5 years old now.

I checked my friends computer with cpu-z, and his processor voltage reading was constant all the time. My voltage varies from 1.392 to 1.648. Is this a slight fluctuation? What is the difference then to set it in bios to 1.425?

And recently i had the power failure (plug from wall) which stopped the overclocking and memory working in earlier frequencies.

I quess i´ll be fetching a better power supply from the store..? A local store sells
FORTRON, ATX 350W Adjustable FSP350-KIT AMD COOLER + Case Fan (FSP350-KIT) 59,00 €

Now that I look again, that is a large fluctuation. You probably will see a slight fluctuation, but .3V is a bit large. In addition to a better power supply (Fortron is a great brand), I’d also suggest a surge protector. APC or Belkin ones should work just fine, and here in the US run around $20-30.
