Disk 1: Windows 7 + Linux dual boot
Disk 2: Windows 8.1 + Linux dual boot
Motherboard boot menu determines boot drive.
What Boot Manager do You Use ?
I only have Windows right now. Dual dual boot is somewhat easier than quad boot so I recommend it. However it requires to start boot menu every time.
I went with this Method and works.. Windows 7/ Windows 8 on Hd 1… Then install both Linux on Hd 2 … Using grub as Boot manager..
