Ram frequency & Settings?

Hey all,

I recently noticed after running “Pirform Speccy” that my RAM seems to be operating at possibly the wrong timing’s and bandwidth. I don’t really know what I’m doing with RAM so i’m hoping you guys can shed some light on the subject.
I’ve tried reading up on the subject but I’m still very unsure if my setting are correct or not?

All my Memory setting’s are set to auto in the Bios.

My computer specifications:

Windows XP SP3
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+
XFX 8300 Geforce motherboard (MI-A78U-8309) ([COLOR=“red”]Supports DDR2 1066MHz)
512MB GeForce 8600 GT
625GB Western Digital
Corsair 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 1066MHz/PC2-8500 XMS2 Dominator Memory CL5(5-5-5-15)

My Ram is currently opperating at:

(The second memory slot, Is exactly the same as slot 1. )

Any help would much appreciate
Thanks in advance
