Britain’s oldest original computer, the Harwell computer, is being restored to full working order.
I would have thought the difference engine by Charles Babbage was the first computer? That was the ealry 1800s.
Still a good article. A good job to work on, im sure.
Edit, Ok. After a quick google… the difference engine was designed in 1822. Construction finished around 1989-1991.
