HI,
So I have this old HP ML370 G2 server, duel CPU SCSI discs etc. Thing is, I want to crack a tone of storage in there, but SCSI Hard Drives don’t go that big and are stupidly expensive, on the other hand some 10-15k 300GB HDD’s are not that expensive.
Problem is, on this server it’s a…3 or 4 U server I think, and it has 2 SCSI hard drives that load from the front. Is there anyway to convert this to get SAS hard drives in there, like some converters that clip on the SCSI sockets or something? Is this possible or just not?
Thanks
Chris
