send msg between computers?

I have a little network of 2 pc’s running win 2k pro and I wanna know how I can send a msg with it, I know its possible(etrust EZ antivirus always send a msg when u downloaded new signatures)
I’ve tried some stuff in the command prompt with the command “net” but I cant find it

Can anyone give me the command how to send this kind of msg:
computername: example
msg: test

Also when I use a proxy server do u know if Etrust EZ antivirus checks the files that r going to my other pc ?

And ow yea if u wanna share any kind of internet between networks use ppp share pro availible at http://www.pppindia.com/intl/pppshar/
it says its 30 day trial but I think I’ve been running it longer then that :eek:
Its soooo easy program u just install and setup internet exployer too use the ip of the pc that has internet and the correct ports wich r in the readme :slight_smile:
I can even use k*zaa on both of my pc’s using this :smiley:

ok, sorry about the late reply, did a bit of search on the net and found that the command to send between computers is

“net send” in dos

nope its verry simple

u just type the msg and the other pc get a popup with the msg from “pcname”

I can get a screenshot later

its like a interface for the “net send” command :slight_smile:
