It will depend on the file type you choose and the quality of Audio in your Video file…
There must of heaps of sound recorder softwares available in the market.. Look at Freeware Home - Ultimate Collection of Free Software site and see if you get your match.

no found some good stuff it worked sweet, audacity, mp3dcut, and one other one i actually can’t find on my computer at the momeny anyways thanks again.
