strang problem with GA-G41MT-S3 motherboards

First of all I would like to say “Hello!” to all hardwareforums.com members.
This is my first thread in here.

i have a strange problem with my motherboards

i Am a stock hardware seler in my country
last week we send 10 (GA-G41mt-D3 ) motherboars to our customer
and after that our customer called me and tell’s that motherboards have an strange problem
the problem is :
when we want to use 2.6 GHz or higher cpu’s, motherboard doesn’t work

even cpu’s not going hot

but when he tryed with 2.4GHZ or lower cpu like “e2160” and E6550" the boards working corectly
he tryed many cpu’s like E8400 ’ E5700 ’ e5300 ’ E8300 …
but the problem not fixed yet

and now he return the motherboard’s to us

i use dibuger card on boards and dibuger show “FF” or "_ _ "

i tryed update bios but the problem not fixed

sorry for my bad english
please help me
thank you

That problem is very strange because reason seems NOT to be FSB, manufacturing process, CPU power or CPU stepping.

What are other parts? PSU, memory and such?

hello "Wicked Mystic"

power suply : Green and cooler master
ram : kingstone and patriot

Maybe there is nothing wrong with PSU or memory. What if CPU’s are poverclocked over 2.6 GHz?

If all 10 pcs of the mobo has the same problem, I would suggest you contact the manufacturer and look for the answer.
Maybe some extra power connector or jumper settings is needed.

Hope this helps.
