When I go to a web site to stream a video another window comes up but nothing happens. I could stream videos before. I try using internet explore and firefox browsers still nothing. Pop-up block is turned off also. Running Winxp sp2. Please help if you can. Is there some type of setting I need to change.

Do you have the correct Codecs installed?
Also do get any errors eg. Proxy Timeout error?
Try finding the link to the video, and then opening it in WMP with file>open url. It should stream unless there is a connection problem.
My internet connection working good. Let me try to stream it with WMP. When the second window pops up, it shows the it is trying to connect but nothing happens. That happens to whatever web site I go to. I am streaming videos from web sites like CNN or MSN.
