I have a Nvidia Geforce 6200 and whenever i am gaming the monitor will turn black for a second and be fine again. It doesnt happen very often. Probably about every 7 minutes for a second if that. Still it would be nice if it wasnt a problem anymore.

I don’t know but it may be a temperature issue. It’s worth checking. I believe the nVidia drivers have temperature monitoring software.
Have you got the latest nvidia drivers installed?
I’d check the drivers first, and also if it only happens in one game try finding the latest patch for it.
