I need to buy a relatively good graphics card for 3d animation, but i have a relatively low price range. Im looking at something between 90-130 (at cheapest price) that has some power to it. I dont know which way to go, ati or nvidia? Help would be greatly appreciated. 
Judging by your currency range (90-130), I’ll guess you’re in the US. For that price range, I like ATI’s Radeon 9600 Pro or XT. Prefer the XT, but it’s a few bucks more. If you want the whole Nvidia vs ATI discussion, check previous forum topics here, here, here, and here. Hope this helps

You said that ATI 9600 pro is 90-130? I would most defintely like to buy it, but i have not been succesful finding it that cheap. You are right i am in the US. If you know anywhere good to buy, plz tell ty
