Which BIOS file to use?

Hi all

I would like to flash the BIOS of a Compaq ENS P733.
I have two options on the HP site -

Which of the two do I need. The first option speaks of flashing the ROM via a windows enviourment. Is that possible?

No major urgancy, just want to do it right first time…

I would have to say the Business Desktops BIOS Utilities, as it contains the ROM file and the Executable!
