I assume you have a PCIe motherboard, as getting a PCIe version of the card requires the appropriate slot.
Brands shouldn’t matter all that much. I’d look at such items as warranty and what’s included in the box. The likes of Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, and a few others tend to have a lot of stuff packaged in, which adds to the cost. This can be a good thing if you get several full games to showcase your video card or video editing software. On the other hand, if you already have the software, why pay for it again (unless you want a second copy).
