Which card to get 128Meg DDR3 or 256Meg DDR

I am going to buy a new card soon

Which one should I get - I play games such as Flight Simulators.

Should I go for the fast DDR3 RAM 128 MEG or the slower, but more RAM 256 MEG Card - I am only considering nVidia and the 6600GT.

I’d go for the DDR3 card for sure.
If you can afford it, go for a DDR3 256MB card.

If the GPU’s are equal, then going with a 256MB card would be a better move, provided the RAM amount doesn’t up the price too much.
