which company DVD Burning ROM you recommend?

Pioneer’s DVR-110D BK runs around $40-50 USD online. Plextor (the Rolls Royce of optical drives) has a PX740A running between $70-80. Both of these drives are 16x DVD burners, and should be easy to find. If my DVR109A is any indication, Pioneer should be quiet.
