I have a ASUS P4C800 Deluxe board and I would like to know which Raid set up would give me the best performance “Raid 0 or Raid 0+1.” I am looking for a setup to access files quick. Please help if you can . Thank You

RAID 0. However, do know that if either drive bites it, you’re screwed since that takes half the bits of your data away.
