im there downloading my torrents and leave the comp on and it wil crash and reboot an hour later and the torrent site goes off obviously but windows says recovered from a serious error.
how do i get my torrent site to come on at start up if it is going to keep on happening and also i dont have any power saving options turned on for after 1 hour. anyone know what could be the problem.

It might be caused by overheating. Check the CPU cooler for any dust, and clean it.
Lets C wat the error is. Go into event viewer (RightClick MyComputer > Manage > Events) and check all the latest errors..double click on them for more information.
Save that website and put it on the Start > All Programs > Startup
Its not something to do with your power failure settings coz its smthng to do with your Systm Failure settings. If u dnt want this thing to happn again,
RightClick MyComputer > Properties > Under Advanced Tab > Startup and Recovery > Under System Failure > Unclick Automatically Restart…
This will stop ur computer from restarting but you will get a BSOD if ur computer really go out of smthing instant of these restarts.
