I must be bored to post crap like this, but, oh, well.
Where is your Windows taskbar located on your screen?
Mine is on the right hand side.
I like it at the bottom, I also have a lot of quick launch icons on the taskbar 
the taskbar is at bottom but I have a toolbar at top with quicklaunch links and some folders and a address bar
I never really tested the taskbar anywhere else then the default
