1GB in SLI with DirectX 10 (for notebooks).

    I wonder if there's a mobile graphics card from NVIDIA, that supports DirectX 10 and is at least 512MB. I need at least 1GB in SLI. If there's such graphics cards available, which is the latest one? Thanks.

    The 8 series is the latest. The higher the number, the more powerful it is.

    That's something new for me.

    Well, yes I've heard some people buy gaming Laptops, but this is rare. And that costs much.

    Most of the top SLI laptops now a days are using 7950 PROs, but there are some 8xxx model out. You won't get anything impressive like an 8800 series, but you will get some decent dx10 power. As far as 1 gig of vid memory on a laptop... That's an overkill. The throughput will never meet that because of the memory interface. I would go for a 512 SLId setup though.
