ive been out of the computer scene since i built my last one about 2 years ago. my mom just asked me to build her a computer so i got the amd 64 3000 and the abit nf8 with a gig of corsair memmory.

i chose those parts because my computer has been awesome without any glitches crashes. i have a 3200 barton on a nf7-2 v2 with a gig of corsair memmory

will the amd 64 3000+nf8 out perform my 3200 barton on the nf7-s v2. i have my 3200 clocked over to 2.4GHz.

the reason im asking is because my mom said i can take her parts as a fee for building her rig. i use mine for gaming, shes guna have an expensive arse web browser

Depends on what you do. Websurfing, word processing, etc. probably won't net you any noticeable effect with the A64 rig. If you're talking about gaming, you're going to find a noticeable boost going to the A64 platform. You're not comparing two exact processors, and the enhancements (like the on-die memory controller) of the A64 processor put it above the Athlon XP.
