I'm planning on a massive upgrade on most of my components this summer and I'm concidering a new processor. I know the 3000+ Winchester is pretty good but how much of an improvment would a 3700 San Diego come as? I've never fooled around with cpu ocing but I may concider it either way. So in things like games how much more performance would you say I'd gain with that upgrade path? Thanks all.

you'd notice a big difference, also I read the san diego has a pretty good overclocking potential.

Big eh, thanks, yeah I heard the ocing potential is huge like the Venice cores. Any idea of the fps increase I might see? Like between 10 and 20 fps would be cool.
